Had a carpet that was close to 100 years old with one corner disintegrated from a plant sitting on it. Kudos to Jim Kaoud and Liz in the Orange, Ct store for talking me out of cutting away 1/3 of the rug to keep it uniform. Instead they cut around the compromised area and though not a perfect rectangle, the look is unique and fantastic. I recommend this store for anyone looking to bring a rug back to life.
