We recently had Kaoud Rugs and Carpet clean our 5 oriental rugs. Liz helped tremendously by giving us information on the services provided by the store and patiently answering all my questions and concerns. Their efficient crew picked-up and dropped-off the rugs on time and even spread them out in their proper places around the house. The rugs were cleaned very well and exceeded my expectations. On Liz’s recommendation, we also bought pads to put under the rug – they were cut to match the size of our rugs and work perfectly.
