Two exceptional buying experiences at Kaoud Rugs and Carpet in Orange, CT. Firstly, a readymade rug for our family room from the vast selection in the showroom. Jim and his staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a lot of their time to educate us and select the perfect rug. They are also patient because we are quite fussy shoppers and they helped us by taking rugs off the hangers so we could view them on the floor.
They earned our trust and so we returned a couple of weeks ago for some custom area rugs for living room and master bedroom room. Again, their patience was commendable as we took multiple samples back to our home and then they ordered larger 9”x9” samples of our preferred pattern delivered to our home in a couple of days … just to make sure it was right. Ordering was a breeze and delivery in both cases was exceptional – moving furniture very carefully as needed to lay the rugs.
The end-to-end experience was superb and what you’d expect from top-end stores, but we had shopped around and found that Kaoud’s not only offered premium service, but also has a very competitive price point. Well done and thank you Jim and all! – Colin T.
