What a lovely experience! Reminds me why we need to buy local from real people! We needed new rugs for our home but still weren’t ready to spend thousands on hand loomed rugs. We happened to stop into Kaoud in Orange and met with Jim and Liz who spent time showing us their stock, helping us with our design decisions and ultimately letting us take our time to decide. When we finally made up our minds, we needed to rush an order so that the rugs would be in place for our upcoming event. Liz and Jim went out of their way to make it happen, arranged for a timely delivery, and ensured that we were 100% satisfied in every way. Prices were reasonable as well!
